1. Flockjay raised $11 million from some notable folks: Serena Williams, Gabrielle Union and Will Smith to name a few. A 10 week training program that cost $0 until you land a full time gig; Flockjay teaches the essential skills needed to be a successful SDR. The SDR sales route can be a great way to get into tech: companies are always looking for SDR’s and they sometimes don’t require college degrees if you got the hustle. Great thread on finding a job at a startup here.

2. Regardless of political views, it’s clear this vaccine rollout has not been executed well in most states/cities. Here are some threads I found informative: discarded doses, rollout speed.

3. Affirm went public this week via direct listing. They work with ~6,500 retailers and offer 0% interest layaway on items. Wild stat: Peloton accounts for ~30% of Affirm’s entire revenue.
